Quida currently offers two froms of delivery i.e pickup station delivery and door step delivery in specific major cities. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 days. Incase of and issues concerned with delayed delivery, kindly contact us.

What happens when i place an order?

You will receive an email showing that your order has been received with details of payment. Then your product will be collected from our store and packaged, once ready for delivery, it will be loaded onto our delivery van and delivered to the respective pickup station.

How long will delivery take?

What happens when i cancel my order before the item is shipped.

Incase an order is cancelled before shipment, customer will be refunded the full amount.
