Eligibility for Returns.

You may return items within  7 days after the purchase date.

For wrong, damaged and counterfeit items raise or create a return immediately.

Make sure item is in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
All seals, tags, accessories, manuals, and parts should be included.
The return is accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Non-Returnable Items.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used items, unless defective.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items marked as non returnable, unless defective.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Please ensure that the return package is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 1 day. Refunds will be issued to the original buyer.

Return Shipping Costs.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where a wrong item was delivered, the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or model, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
